Paul Joncich of 19 Action News stopped by the EZ Sales Team to speak with Mike Zinicola about the upward trend in the housing market. Mike let Paul know that now IS the time to buy. Especially for the family that was thinking about buying years ago but held off. Their family and needs have grown and now is the opportune time to find that new house.

Mike explains to Paul that NOW is the time to buy.

Now that those buyers are ready and motivated, Mike explained that there are great numbers to support confidence in buying or selling now. The EZ Sales Team wants to thank… YOU!

2011 was a very good year for the EZ Sales Team and we have to thank you!

This year we are happy to report that the EZ Sales Team completed 220 real estate transactions! That is a sales volume of over $29 Million dollars! In fact, due to the increase of higher end properties we needed a new partner! And we found the perfect one in Megan Cuevas, the head of our new Luxury Homes Division.

It has been a wonderful year of growth for us here at the EZ Sales Team. So much so that we are glad to welcome to our team sales partners Sam Livingston, Tanya Wagner, Chris Hill and Ashley Incorvaia.

Another EZ Addition

We are thrilled to announce Tanya Wagner formerly of  Howard Hanna, has joined The EZ Sales Team!  Here is some info on Tanya in her words:

My grandfather arrived at Ellis Island overwhelmed by the new world in which he found himself. He found a kind and flourishing community in Cleveland, where he decided to put down roots. It was here that he met my grandmother, and fell head over heels in love. Life was not easy for two immigrants with limited education, and they worked and scrimped and saved to raise their two daughters. They started in a small home in Parma and then purchased an investment property in Cleveland. Ultimately, they found their dream home in Fairview Park and settled in for good. For them, investment in real estate helped them realize the American dream.
